Appointment & Fees
The appointment process is a Person Centred Approach to Counselling, which is a Therapeutic client led relationship between myself and the client. I use CBT ( Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) alongside, as this can benefit the client depending on what the client brings to the session. It is a safe place to share your thoughts, making decisions and changes with myself going alongside you on your journey. Deciding to have counselling takes courage and is important for the client to want it and not be forced into it. This helps change to be more positive. Speaking to a Counsellor can be helpful without any judgements being made. This allows the client to have control of any changes or decisions that the person wants to make.
It is for me to go alongside you and help support you on your journey for growth and change.
