I’m a registered Person Centred Counsellor. I support others with their emotional well being. My focus includes grief, loss, relationship problems, and self esteem, as well as the particular challenges experienced by men and women.
Due to the exceptional circumstances we are currently experiencing, and the need for social distancing, I am happy to change the way that that I normally operate, i.e. face to face sessions. We can undertake counselling sessions in a number of different ways such as by phone, or other digital communications, e.g. Facetime, Skype or many other possibilities, although appropriate face to face sessions are still possible. What to expect
An initial assessment meeting allows you to discover if you feel comfortable with me, discuss what concerns you have and if my approach to counselling can benefit you. I can be reached by telephone or email to have a brief conversation before you decide to come into a counselling session. It also allows me to you offer you any information you may need, so you can make the decision if my services may benefit you.
